I help you find your “next” by determining your core values and life purpose, and by creating and sustaining healthy habits through goal setting, time management, and relationship enhancement.
I’m a certified Life Coach committed to helping my clients engage in thought-provoking and creative conversations that inspire you to live an abundant life at your fullest potential. As a multi-nationally certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) practitioner, I also help you understand and appreciate your unique gifts and what makes you special.
I am trained by the Institute for Integrative Coach Training (IICT) which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My Master of Science in Organization Development gave me a solid foundation to build upon my coaching skills.

A favorite of mine! 10 minutes to kick start your day. Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Each day is a new beginning. This short meditation will help you set your intentions to begin the day centered, focused and empowered to flow peacefully throughout the day. Namaste!
